About the project

We are looking for an IAM One Identity Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on developing modules and extensions for IAM processes and the IT Shop based on One Identity Manager v8/v9, as well as automating end-to-end user lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver.

The Developer will combine hands-on development with platform operations, integrations, troubleshooting, and process automation while working closely with architects, product owners, operations teams, and other members of cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions based on One Identity Manager v8 or higher.
• Develop extensions, scripts, and interfaces using VB.NET / .NET.
• Develop new IAM modules supporting end-to-end user lifecycle automation.
• Adapt and further develop web portals based on Angular.
• Develop and optimize workflows and processes within One Identity Manager.
• Ensure stable operation of the IAM platform.
• Perform Job Queue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Automate and optimize existing IAM processes.
• Handle tickets and provide 2nd/3rd-level support.
• Integrate directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, AWS, and Google.
• Integrate additional group companies, cloud platforms, and applications through APIs or connectors.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams and Communities of Practice (CoP).
• Work according to Kanban / DevOps methodologies.
• Cooperate closely with architects, product owners, and operations teams.

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of development with One Identity Manager v8/v9, or the ability to quickly get up to speed with the framework.
• Experience developing extensions using VB.NET / .NET.
• Strong knowledge of SQL / MSSQL.
• Understanding of hybrid technologies and data models.
• Knowledge of directory services including AD, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS, and Google.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and web development.
• Good command of English.
• Strong customer focus and service mindset.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem solving.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to share knowledge within the team.
• Good English communication skills.

Optional

• Experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Security.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of end-to-end automation.
• Experience operating large IAM instances, including Job Queue and Analyzer.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
