The Business Services Center in Poland is based in Wrocław and employs over 100 professionals supporting the business in areas such as finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

We are looking for a Procurement Finance Controller.

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Finance Controller, who thrives on leveraging data and analytics to drive impactful business decisions in both direct and indirect procurement. Your responsibilities

• Monthly and Quarterly Performance Reporting & Analysis: Develop comprehensive Procurement savings reports, manage forecasts, and oversee budgets to ensure procurement goals are achieved.
• Coordinate the Annual Budget for Direct and Indirect Spent with alignment with Group Controlling
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with colleagues across functions, regions, and hierarchies to align on procurement strategies and data reporting needs. Liaison between Category Procurement managers and the Group Controlling team.
• Business partnering: Finance business partner for Direct and Indirect Procurement central team
• to understand performance, optimise finance-related procurement decisions, ensure appropriate financial/ accounting rigour, introduce process discipline as needed, and safeguard company assets
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Build and enhance reporting tools using Power BI to enable smarter, faster decisions.
• Procurement Insights: Leverage analytics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support procurement activities.
• Strategic Development: Drive continuous improvement of procurement reporting systems, ensuring they remain innovative and effective.
• Value Creation: Use data insights to create tangible value for the organisation through improved efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Employer requirements

• Technical skills: advanced knowledge of Power BI (including Power Query and data modelling) and strong Excel skills; experience working with large datasets and transforming them into business insights; familiarity with SAP/BW is a plus.
• Experience & education: degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; proven ability to analyse KPIs, identify trends, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Soft skills: strong communication in English, a proactive and analytical mindset, ability to collaborate in a global environment, and openness to drive improvements and innovation.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to handle complexity with a results-driven approach.
