IT Analyst - Analytics Enablement

About the project, We are looking for an IT Analyst to support the delivery of modern data and analytics solutions in a cloud environment., In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements., You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business users to deliver scalable analytics solutions while working in an Agile environment.

Your responsibilities, Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, Support the design of data and analytics solutions, Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders, Coordinate delivery dependencies across multiple teams, Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery, Support the implementation of analytics platforms and cloud-based solutions, Analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements, Ensure high-quality delivery of analytics capabilities

Experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in data and analytics projects, Experience working with AWS SageMaker in collaboration with Data Scientists, Knowledge of SQL and Python, Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Understanding of Big Data concepts, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Experience working in Agile teams, Fluent English

Optional, Experience with MLOps and model monitoring, Experience integrating AWS SageMaker with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises solutions, Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Knowledge of Spark, Knowledge of Scala
