Twój zakres obowiązków

• Be responsible for the provision of accurate and creative schedules to TX Playout in a timely manner while maintaining a thorough understanding of their individual requirements and all associated services.
• Support Playout and collaborate to remedy on air issues.
• Implement airtime strategy that has been set in collaboration with the Media Planning team. Understand and interpret promotional ratings to best effect.
• Have a good knowledge of the channels, technology and operations required to perform your duties, and act as a resource for others to support their learning.
• Consistently identify, prioritize and deal with incidents in a timely and professional manner by implementing the appropriate fix.
• Escalate problems in the required timescales and via the most effective route, retaining ownership of the issues, promptly carrying out follow up analysis when needed.
• Take the initiative to pass on information and updates, providing and receiving training when required.
• Effectively managing late programme and promotional changes.
• Play a key role in the accurate attachment and resolution of issues with templates to ensure maximum minutage for Ad Sales houses, thus playing a vital role in generating revenue.
• Increase your knowledge and understanding of key stakeholder teams such as Playout, Media Planning, Programme Planning, Creative, Compliance, Production and Continuity.

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish (written and verbal).
• Very detail oriented and precise.
• Team player who knows how to work independently and has time management skills that allow working efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Pro-active and goal-oriented approach.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Excel.

We are looking for an individual to join the Presentation Scheduling team in Warsaw, dedicated to the accurate and creative transmission of our TV channels. The HEARST Networks Poland team are passionate experts that bring our brands alive with a collaborative, creative and connected approach.

As a Presentation Scheduler you will have strong attention to detail and be a team player. The role will work closely with peers within Programming, Media Planning, Continuity & Navigation. This opportunity is offered to experienced schedulers as well as new entrants who want to start a career in Television industry.
