We offer first-class services for the biggest players in the video game industry – EA, Capcom, Warner Bros., CD PROJEKT RED, Activision and BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment among many others. We work on the biggest gaming platforms, state-of-the-art technologies and games powered by Unreal Engine, or custom engines like Frostbite or REDengine. We have helped enhance and move Cyberpunk 2077, Mortal Kombat, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Dying Light: The Beast, Dark Souls Remastered, Europa Universalis V, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (and many more) to new platforms, taking great joy in the process and sharing passion with players around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- partner closely with Programming and Tech Art departments to optimize existing game content,
- collaborate closely with our clients’ artists and engineers to ensure that technical production goals are achieved and no visual fidelity is lost.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- solid understanding of UE5’s core ecosystem, specifically next-gen features like Nanite, Lumen, and Virtual Shadow Maps,
- strong foundational knowledge of Niagara Systems,
- good understanding of Material creation, node-based logic, and math within engine editors,
- familiarity with optimization techniques, rendering pipeline,
- experience working with version control (Perforce, Git),
- ability to work efficiently in cross-disciplinary teams (TA + Engineering),
- flexibility and adaptability to change,
- very good communication and collaboration skills,
- fluent English is a must.
NICE TO HAVE:
- some experience in game development (game jams, academic projects or shipped titles),
- profiling experience (using profiling softwares: Insights, RenderDoc, PIX or Console Variables and in-engine tools),
- programming knowledge (C++,Python,HLSL).
