O projekcie, The coordination hub between business stakeholders and technical teams on client engagements., The person owns the day-to-day flow of work: intake, prioritization, SLA tracking and clear communication in both directions., This is an operational delivery role, not a Scrum ceremony role., It suits someone from an IT service management or service delivery background who wants to grow into project management.

Twój zakres obowiązków, Own the ticket lifecycle end to end: intake, triage, prioritization, assignment and follow-through across change, incident and service request streams, Track SLAs and delivery metrics, prepare reports and flag risks early, Keep project governance current: consolidated status reports, risk and action logs, plans and decision records, Run the communication loop between business stakeholders and engineering: status updates, escalations, meeting notes and decisions, Maintain process documentation and a knowledge base, and keep workflows current, Propose and implement process improvements: less manual work, more automation, Coordinate small projects and workstreams with growing independence

Around 2 years of experience in service delivery, IT service management, PMO, service desk with coordination duties, or project coordination, Hands-on experience with a ticketing or work management tool: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or similar, Experience working in a process-driven environment: SLAs, queues, backlogs, structured workflows, Working knowledge of ITIL or service management practices (certification is a plus, not a must), Fluent English, written and spoken: daily communication with international stakeholders, Good Excel and reporting skills, Based in Kraków or nearby, available to work hybrid
