Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. and play a key role in shaping the future of energy services. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure seamless invoicing processes, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of our customers and operations in the Polish energy market.

What you will do:

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize invoicing workflows and document management.

• Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

• Validate high-volume meter data processing.

• Manage complaint process for both Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Support and Customer Care, to ensure seamless operations.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT area is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in billing, invoicing, or high-volume operational environments.

• Strong familiarity with CRM and billing platforms, advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data validation, large datasets) and Power BI expertise for reporting.

• Deep understanding of the Polish energy market and knowledge of operations within electricity and/or gas sectors are highly preferred.

• Data-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.

• A fast learner who takes full ownership of projects and results.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to eliminate inefficiencies and improve workflows.

• Native Polish and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
