Twój zakres obowiązków

• Preparing daily accounting and processing work in accordance with policies and procedures
• Posting and accounting for retail sales transactions
• Working with external reports, including the reconciliation of sales commissions and customer returns
• Managing and controlling the royalty process, including accruals, calculations, and settlements with licensors and licensees in accordance with contractual agreements
• Monitoring and controlling revenue generated from trademark licensing agreements
• Managing royalty-related master data, including the creation and maintenance of contracts in the financial system
• Monthly reporting in OneStream for related entities
• Preparing and releasing accruals
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
• Identifying potential process improvements
• Overall support of the team / ad hoc tasks
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation

Nasze wymagania

• Master degree in Finance/Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in similar position in a corporate environment
• Very good knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced English
• Strong MS Office and analytical skills
• Enthusiasm and commitment
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Navision will be an asset
• Experience supporting statutory audit
