Senior Project Business Analyst – TMO team at Brown Brothers Harriman.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager or Lead Business Analyst in defining project scope.
  • Identify business goals and problems across units and the organization.
  • Assess feasible solutions and their benefits.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project plans.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements with users, sponsors, and clients.
  • Track open items, drive resolution, and manage defect communications with Systems developers.
  • Track delivery dates for defect fixes and maintain status reporting.
  • Analyze how changing business needs impact systems or products and articulate solutions with evidence.
  • Recognize patterns in complex information to identify key issues and gaps between requirements and design solutions.
  • Support management with ideas and solutions to improve design and deliverables.
  • Understand technical concepts and their impact on projects and business.
  • Identify productivity improvements in workflows and procedures with business areas.
  • Plan, prepare materials for, and participate in meetings with business users, sponsors, systems groups, vendors, and clients.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, training, and implementation of new and existing applications as defined in project plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of industry or project experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong ownership mindset and results orientation.
  • Creative thinking, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all audiences.
  • Knowledge of project‑management principles and methodologies.
