Your responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe, Middle East, and selected global locations
• Partner with business leaders (Hesco, Middle East, European Sales teams) to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
• Conduct direct search and proactive sourcing for professional, managerial, and specialist roles
• Coordinate recruitment activities with agencies and internal stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and timely delivery of hiring plans
• Support workforce planning and provide market insights on talent availability
2. HR Business Partnering (Core HRBP Responsibilities)
• Act as a dedicated HR Business Partner for: Hesco operations, Middle East entities and Sales branches across Europe
• Provide day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle (hire, develop, retain, exit)
• Build strong relationships with leadership teams and serve as a trusted advisor on people’s topics
• Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Support organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and business growth
• Drive engagement, performance culture, and alignment with company values
• Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve people’s outcomes
• Ensure alignment between global HR frameworks and local business realities
2. HR Projects & Process Standardisation
• Contribute to selected HR initiatives aimed at improving consistency and effectiveness of HR processes
• Support implementation of key HR frameworks (performance management, compensation, talent processes)
• Collaborate with global and regional HR teams while respecting local legal and cultural specifics
• Assist in preparing guidelines, documentation, and communication materials
• Support change management and adoption of HR best practices
Our requirements
Education, experience and general skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
• Strong hands on experience in international recruitment, including direct search
• Proven experience supporting multinational business units as an HRBP
• Experience working across multiple geographies (Europe + Middle East preferred)
• Good understanding of European labor law principles (additional regional knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent English (additional European languages are a strong asset)
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment lifecycle, and HR best practices
• Experience working in a multi country or international environment

ROLE SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders across multiple international locations, with a strong focus on recruitment and end-to-end HR support.
The role will primarily support Hesco operations, Middle East entities, and Sales branches across Europe, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business goals while respecting local market needs and regulations.
In addition to core HRBP responsibilities, the role will contribute to selected HR initiatives that enhance consistency and effectiveness of HR practices.
The position has an international scope, reports to the Global HR Manager, and is based in the Shared Service Centre in Katowice.
