Technical Service Specialist (Core Diagnostics ) - Łódź area

Abbott Core Diagnostics seeks a Technical Service Specialist based in Łódź to provide advanced field support for diagnostic instruments. The role involves installations, complex repairs, software upgrades, and customer training across laboratory sites in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections and prepare installations for new customer contracts and laboratory locations
• Execute complex service interventions, instrument installations, and automation setup requiring extended labor
• Conduct IQOQ procedures during and following instrument installations
• Schedule and document hardware and software updates exceeding 2 hours of labor time
• Deliver operator training and technical coaching to customers and field support staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; medical, electrical, mechanical, or medical technology degree preferred
• 2+ years experience as Technical Service Specialist or similar field support role
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Technical expertise in analytical tools and diagnostic software
• Knowledge of service delivery processes and issue resolution
