Daily Banking Services (DBS) operational units execute tasks for all Nordea’s Business areas, Product Responsible Units and several Group Functions. DBS execute services covering the whole customer lifecycle.

About our team

Meet the Daily Banking Processing FI 4 team. Our role is to deliver services and products to our customers in Finland with quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
  • Handling routine task at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions.
  • Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea
  • Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost

Who you are

  • Are improvement oriented
  • Are willing to develop within specialist path

Your background and skills include:

  • Graduated at least secondary school
  • Finnish: NATIVE speaker (or at least C1 level)
  • English: on good communicative level (at least B1+)
  • Good command on MS Office Tools (Outlook & Excel)
  • All financial background will be a welcome plus
  • Knowledge on IT related matters will be an asset

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Have a positive mindset and you are ready to take new challenges on daily bases
  • Have ability to communicate clearly in English and work as a team player in an International Team
  • Take matters to your own hands and are improvement driven
