As a Product Specification Specialist(m/k), you will play a key role in ensuring that product and packaging information remains accurate, complete, and compliant throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. Permament job offer.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Develop, maintain, and revise packaging specifications, material master records, and BOM structures within PLM and related systems.
• Ensure product and packaging data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the management of material variants, PackSpec identifiers, and BOM components, ensuring proper data relationships across systems.
• Verify, approve, and release specifications and bill of materials while safeguarding data quality and integrity.
• Conduct regular data validation activities, quality checks, and corrective actions to support a right-first-time approach.
• Contribute to product lifecycle processes, including product launches, modifications, and phase-out activities.
• Maintain documentation, version history, and audit-ready records in accordance with governance and compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, track data quality performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process optimization.

WYMAGANIA:
• 3–6 years of experience in areas such as Specification Management, Master Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or other product-focused industries.
• Solid knowledge of BOM management, material master data, and product lifecycle processes.
• Practical experience working with PLM solutions, SAP, or comparable specification and data management tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to review, validate, and maintain complex datasets while ensuring high standards of data quality.
• Understanding of technical, operational, and regulatory requirements associated with product and packaging information.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teams from R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven approach, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
