As a Data Engineer, you will play an important role in building and maintaining scalable data solutions that help our teams create meaningful experiences for customers around the world. You will contribute to our Global Data & Analytics organization and help transform complex data into valuable business insights.

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Databricks notebooks, jobs, workflows, and data pipelines.
- Develop scalable data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and data products.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality datasets.
- Implement and improve data quality, monitoring, observability, and governance practices.
- Contribute to data models, metadata management, and platform standards.
- Diagnose performance issues and continually enhance pipeline efficiency and reliability.
- Translate technical designs into implementation tasks and maintain clear documentation.
- Support platform configuration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Work across teams to ensure data solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Apply your understanding of reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI, when relevant.
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience building and maintaining modern data platforms and pipelines.
- Good SQL skills and familiarity with Python.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Structured approach to documentation, problem-solving, and fixing problems.
- Value high standards for data quality, integrity, and security.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Databricks, cloud-based data platforms, and Power BI is beneficial.
