Your responsibilities

  • An active and talkative colleague
  • A salesperson with at least 2 years of B2B experience (selling products or services to corporate clients, building and developing relationships across departments)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient user of MS Office and a category B driving license
  • A proactive, customer-oriented approach with the drive to see things through to completion
  • Someone who enjoys working independently without being constantly assigned tasks
  • Ideally available to start immediately, but we are happy to wait for the right person

Our requirements

  • You will help us acquire and develop relationships with key clients in Warsaw, mostly leading companies in finance, IT & telecommunications, and engineering, providing top-tier specialists and related services. This is a highly promising and continuously growing sector driven by demand for skilled professionals.
  • We are looking for a proactive salesperson to manage an assigned portfolio of potential clients and grow these relationships. You will be an integral member of a successful sales team both in the Czech Republic and across our international group. You will act as a partner to clients, offering not just a commodity, but a comprehensive premium service with high added value. Your personal approach will help define client requirements and identify the right candidates, while also guiding candidates toward finding their dream jobs.
