For our client – the world's largest express transportation company, we're looking for a Clearance Broker with French.

Your responsibilities

• Providing professional customer service in the French language
• Maintaining logistics and transport documentation
• Entering data into the system and checking its correctness
• Calculation of customs duties and transport fees

Our requirements

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in shifts: either Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, with hours 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Motivation to grow within a multinational organisation
