Security Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure solutions for company’s products and services.
• Provide guidance to other members of the team and help improve company’s security and compliance capabilities.
• Work with a diverse set of security and compliance tools to ensure that company’s products and services meet regulatory and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in writing scripts and automation using vendor APIs
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and API
• In-depth knowledge of security scanning including web, application, and vulnerability scanning
• Familiarity with Tenable Products such as Tenable.io, Security Center, Nessus

Nice to have

• Proficient in Shell Scripting
• Experience with Azure Pipeline
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Salt, and Chef
• Knowledge of Containers and Kubernetes, including configuration and operation
