How you will get the job done

• running and delivering multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologies
• defining project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches
• ensuring projects are being delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business and technical requirements
• managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, proactively mitigating impacts to project delivery
• coordinating internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the project lifecycle
• building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for projects
• monitoring project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, while providing regular updates to leadership
• ensuring compliance with governance requirements and supporting the smooth transition of solutions into production

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, ideally within Finance, Insurance, or other regulated industries
• basic understanding of AI, including machine learning, generative AI, data pipelines, and AI lifecycle concepts
• ability to translate business needs into AI use cases and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• strong project, financial, and change management skills
• excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• experience managing project budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams
• collaborative leadership style with a willingness to mentor others and travel internationally
