Data Engineer - Data&AI Consultant

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in BI / Data / SQL development
• Commercial experience with  Microsoft Power BI
• Good knowledge of  SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with  Microsoft Fabric or strong experience with Azure BI stack and readiness to work with Fabric:
  • Lakehouse / Warehouse
  • Data Pipelines (Fabric / ADF)
  • Power BI Semantic Models
• Practical knowledge of  DAX and Power BI optimization techniques
• Experience in building  ETL / ELT processes
• Experience in  requirements gathering and working with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with  Azure Synapse / Azure Data Lake
• Familiarity with AI supported analytics or advanced analytical scenarios
• Consulting or customer-facing experience

Personal skills:

• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions
• Good organization of your own work
• Very good communication skills
• Good knowledge of  Polish and English
