Project Engineering Manager (Renewable Energy)

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of renewable energy projects during the development phase and the early stages of project execution.
• Work closely with investors and Ergy’s Construction Management teams.
• Identify and implement optimal technical solutions during project preparation and pre-construction activities.
• Participate in technical negotiations with suppliers, contractors, investors, and business partners.
• Review and evaluate proposed technical solutions, design documentation, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate the selection process for key project components, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), PV modules, inverters, transformer substations, and HV/MV substation equipment.
• Provide technical support to the procurement process, including the preparation of technical specifications, requests for quotations (RFQs), and bid evaluations.
• Monitor project compliance with technical requirements, applicable standards, and design assumptions.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Report project progress to management and key stakeholders.

Nasze wymagania

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the delivery of energy, power infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Experience in engineering design, project execution, construction supervision, or project management.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions and negotiations with business partners and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of battery energy storage systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV) technology, and electrical power infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, electrical schematics, and detailed engineering designs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum B2/C1 level.
