Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Responsibilities:

• Design Azure and Microsoft Entra ID changes across tenants, management groups, subscriptions and Conditional Access policies
• Support cross-tenant access between separate enterprise environments
• Configure B2B collaboration, B2B direct connect and cross-tenant trust settings
• Support external identity, guest account and cross-tenant synchronization lifecycle management
• Design identity governance using entitlement management, access packages and PIM
• Design Azure management groups, custom RBAC roles and subscription-level permissions for multi-tenant environments
• Align Azure infrastructure across two separate enterprise domains while avoiding security overlaps
• Assist with reducing AVD dependencies and related architectural changes
• Cooperate with the existing Azure consultant on solution design and implementation

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Cross-Tenant Governance
• Hands-on experience with Cross-Tenant Access settings, B2B collaboration, B2B direct connect and trust settings
• Deep understanding of MFA and compliant device trust/synchronization across separate corporate tenants
• Proven experience in external identities, guest accounts and cross-tenant synchronization lifecycle
• Practical experience with Entra ID Governance, entitlement management, access packages and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Advanced expertise in Azure RBAC, management groups, custom RBAC roles and subscription-level permissions in multi-tenant environments
• Experience aligning IT infrastructure across two distinct financial or enterprise domains without security overlaps
• Understanding of endpoint management and cross-tenant device compliance
• Strong background in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), session hosts and reducing or dismantling AVD dependencies
• Ability to support both solution design and implementation
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Stakeholder management skills across separate technical and endpoint management teams
• Technical writing skills for technical designs, migration plans and final runbooks
