OTC Junior Analyst

YOUR ROLE
- Resolve customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Address and resolve discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute customer account statements.
- Generate timely reports, including Past Due reports and Forecasts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive desktop procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to project teams as needed.
- Escalate and follow up on issues through appropriate channels.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with other Versigent departments.
- Participate in scheduled conference calls.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
