OTC Junior Analyst

YOUR ROLE

• Resolve customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Manage due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Address and resolve discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.).
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements.
• Generate timely reports, including Past Due reports and Forecasts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive desktop procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to project teams as needed.
• Escalate and follow up on issues through appropriate channels.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained.
• Collaborate effectively with other Versigent departments.
• Participate in scheduled conference calls.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
