SAP CO Expert: Control Costs. Drive Profitability. Empower Business Decisions.

Pentoz is seeking a highly skilled SAP CO (Controlling) Expert to manage and optimize cost structures, internal reporting, and profitability analysis across our dynamic, multi‑sector business. You will play a key role in linking financial control to operational performance across departments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support core SAP CO modules , including:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders (IO)
  • Product Costing (PC)
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Activity-Based Costing (ABC)
• Align SAP CO with FI (Financial Accounting) for seamless actual vs. plan reporting , budget monitoring , and intercompany cost flows .
• Design and optimize cost allocation cycles , variance analysis , and real‑time margin analysis across business units.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Project Management to integrate costing logic into manufacturing , services , and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards.

You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CO module across implementation and support.
• Expertise in cost planning , budgeting , overhead control , and profitability reporting .
• Strong knowledge of product costing (standard, actual) and CO-PA (account-based or costing-based) .
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to support business and financial leaders.
