Office Manager with German and English
Fully remote
Available: ASAP or max. 2 weeks notice period
Antal is seeking an Office Manager to support transformation and transition initiatives across international project environments. The role will focus on coordination, governance support, stakeholder management, and project administration activities.
The successful candidate will have previous exposure to project or transformation environments and experience supporting structured change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate office and project support activities across transformation teams.
· Support governance activities, meeting coordination, and reporting preparation.
· Manage schedules, workshops, travel coordination, and stakeholder communications.
· Assist with documentation management and project administration.
· Support onboarding and coordination of project resources.
· Ensure consistency and alignment across administrative processes.
· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in executive interactions.
· Support transition coordination activities where required.
Required Experience & Skills
· 3+ years of office management, project coordination, or transformation support experience.
· Exposure to project environments or transformation initiatives preferred.
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
· Strong MS Office capability.
· Fluent German and English language skills (mandatory).
· Immediate availability preferred; maximum notice period of 1–2 weeks.

· Comfortable working in fast-paced and international environments.
· Strong coordination and communication capabilities.
· Candidates must not be purely operational and should demonstrate exposure to project or transition support activities.
