Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
• Discuss in detail the configurations required for custom demo workflows that reflect real-world use cases and meet industry and customer needs.
• Configure custom demo presentations using low-code technology to align with customer needs based on detailed requirements.
• Ensure that demo data, automation, and user interface components provide a realistic user experience.
• Create reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to simplify future presentations.
• Provide technical support for customer questions and inquiries.
• Collaborate with product and solution consulting teams to refine demo capabilities and answer customer questions.

Our requirements

• More than one year of documented experience as a pre-sales engineer/junior business analyst/customer service expert/business development representative, etc.
• Experience working with the following systems: CRM, marketing automation, workflow systems, etc.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Analytical skills.
• Independence and planning.
