Warehouse Operative – Food Distribution

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and pick customer orders accurately.
• Arrange and stock merchandise on shelves.
• Pack items for dispatch while maintaining high quality standards.
• Perform regular quality‑control checks.
• Work in a temperature‑controlled area (approximately 3‑13 °C).

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills in English or Dutch (or both).
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Readiness to commit to a longer‑term employment relationship.

Working Conditions

• One‑ or two‑shift schedule, depending on the department.
• Shift differentials: +25 %, +50 % or +100 % of the base rate.
• Cold‑work bonus: €0.51 per hour for work in the fresh‑products area.
• Location: a modern warehouse in the Netherlands.

Compensation

• Hourly gross wage: €16.18 (base €14.98 + minimum 8 % vacation allowance).
• No overtime premium – the shift differentials cover extra work.
