Ferryt Process Automation Specialist

As a Ferryt Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, focusing on the implementation and development of business processes on the BPMN-class FerrytFlow platform. Your role will involve configuring business processes, supporting and training system users, and ensuring the smooth operation of FerrytFlow. This is a key position that requires a blend of technical and analytical skills to optimize and maintain critical banking operations. Your main responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and developmentConfigure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platformConfigure business processes on the FerrytFlow platformProvide support and training to system usersEnsure seamless integration and operation of business processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurationsDocument process configurations and changesYou're ideal for this role if you have: Higher education or are currently pursuing a degree in fields such as computer science, mathematics, econometrics, physics, etc.Min. 1.5 year of experience with Ferryt platformKnowledge of MS SQL with the ability to create SQL queriesKnowledge of HTML and CSSUnderstanding of BPMN and UML notationsStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsGood communication skillsCommunicative English for technical documentationNice to have: Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0Knowledge of C#Familiarity with T-SQLFamiliarity with agile project management methodologies
