Your responsibilities

• As part of your job, you will accompany body construction projects from the initial concept to the final acceptance and, as a sub-project manager, take on responsibility in the area of automation and technologies
• You will work in international planning units in the TRATON network in interdisciplinary teams and represent the interests of MAN Truck & Bus Sp z.o.o.
• You will, together with your team create concepts for robotics, PLC, Scada and continuous production control
• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the technology team
• You will be responsible for the operational business of this team with regard to the target values of quality, time.
• Together with your team, you will be the interface to production within MAN, within the TRATON Group and to external customers
• You will develop your area of responsibility independently and will be a central contributor to the technical improvement of our process
• You will monitor the process and technologies of our production through structured and digitized KPI tracking and are an important contributor to the shop floor
• Together with your team, you will ensure handling and using technologies in series production as well as in new product projects
• You will support and coordinate suppliers and external planning service providers

Our requirements

• You want to work in an innovative environment and a real "strong team"
• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering and automation technology or production engineering.
• You are characterized by initiative, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You enjoy working in international teams and are also willing to travel on business
• You have many years of experience in Body in White with the focus on robotics and technologies
• Preferably you have experience with VASS-Standards in the surrounding of BIW
• You already have first technical leadership experience or have already led in a disciplinary matter
• Linguistically, you are absolutely fluent in English
• German language skills round off your profile
• You have a certificate as weld-engineer
