Your responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the shopping center
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and provide ongoing support
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and security services to ensure the center’s high standards
- Monitor operational costs and budgets (utilities, OPEX, CAPEX)
- Coordinate with the marketing team on events, campaigns, and local promotions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and tenant satisfactiona
- Represent the company in meetings with suppliers and local authorities
Our requirements
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy working with tenants, suppliers, and teams
- Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage several tasks and priorities at once
- Office skills – Word, excel, power point and Outlook
- Flexibility on working hours
- Driving license – category B
