Stress Engineer - Dynamic Components (f/m)

Your responsibilities, Ensure Operational Safety: Perform detailed static stress analysis as well as fatigue and damage tolerance assessments on dynamic systems like helicopter transmission or rotors., Certification & Compliance: Prepare airworthiness justification documents and contribute to the compliance with regulatory (e.g., CS-27 or CS-29)., Testing & Validation: Support full-scale and component tests — simulation validation by test., Drive the Future Product Development: Optimize and size best-in-class mechanical solutions., Contribute Engineering Innovation: Support the improvement of internal methodologies and tools, automating calculation routines using Python to increase efficiency.

Education: Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering., Technical Expertise: You bring experience in Static Stress analysis as well as Fatigue & Damage Tolerance and associated Process, Methods & Tools. Understanding of the certification process., Mindset: High attention to detail, strong collaborative skills, and a commitment to safety and innovation., Tooling: Proficiency in FEA platforms (e.g., Simcenter, HyperWorks, Samcef, Nastran/Patran) and custom methodology development. Coding skill will be an advantage., Languages: Fluency in English (working language).
