Twój zakres obowiązków, Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports used by senior business leaders., Creating scalable data models using DAX, Power Query, and advanced reporting techniques., Turning workforce and business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making., Identifying opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency through tools such as Power Automate and Alteryx., Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple systems, including Workday., Partnering with HR, Finance, Recruiting, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and analyses.

Strong hands-on Power BI experience with proven ability to build complex dashboards from scratch., Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query., Experience working with large datasets and transforming business requirements into meaningful visualizations., Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., Advanced Excel skills., Fluent English.

Mile widziane, Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or Power Automate., Previous exposure to HR, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Finance, or Consulting environments., Experience working directly with senior stakeholders.
