Your responsibilities

• Handles transactions with help and support from Senior associate,
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers, and external partners (via phone, email, or HR ticketing tools).
• Provide accurate and timely information on HR policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, leave management, and onboarding.
• Process and maintain employee data in the HRIS system (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure that all employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with data protection standards (GDPR).
• Escalate complex cases to Second Line HR or specialized HR teams when necessary.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
• Support HR reporting and documentation as needed.

Our requirements

• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
• First experience in operations, HR shared services, or HR support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Time management skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Optional

• Proven experience in customer support in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Familiarity with HR processes across multiple European countries.
• Knowledge of HR service delivery frameworks (SLA, KPI, ticket handling).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Support Junior Specialist with German language skills to join our international HR Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing high-quality HR support in line with company policies and procedures.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR-related queries efficiently in German language.
