About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align multiple workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, facilitate Agile execution across a 24×7 delivery model, and provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget, and milestone progress within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression.
• Track delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains.
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and workstreams.
• Drive alignment between engineering, security, and business objectives.
• Ensure delivery consistency, risk management, and operational excellence across the program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs.
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage teams across multiple products and projects.
• Experience coaching organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and providing expert guidance on project management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing budgets, delivery metrics, dependencies, and program risks.

Nice to Have

• Direct engineering background or strong technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
• Experience with Cloud Security architectures and enterprise security programs.
