The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Our office is based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 120 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

About the Role

OTC Junior Accountant performs Order-To-Cash activities in the areas of Collections & Billing Management, Cash Application as well as proposing and driving the most effective and efficient ways of work through process standardization and optimalization. Junior OTC Accountant will be responsible for respective country or number of countries / clusters in EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities include

· Contacting the customer regarding past due items

· Reviewing list of blocked orders and taking appropriate actions

· Processing Billing requests

· Applying customer payments to invoices and accounts

Qualifications & Experience

· Knowledge of MS Office,

· Fluent English and Polish,

· Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organization is preferred,

· Customer Centric Mindset,

· Effective communication and strong cooperation skills,

· Great team player.

· Processing in ERPs (SAP) would be an asset,

· Knowledge of other European languages is a plus,

· Prior work experience with execution of Accounts Receivable processes would be an asset.
