About the project

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong analytical expertise, proven ability to manage complex requirements, and a deep understanding of IAM/security concepts. This role focuses on delivering passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA solutions, including FIDO-based authentication, across a large-scale global environment.

Your responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis:

• Lead requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews) and maintain documentation.

• Facilitate gap analysis, translate results into epics/user stories, and manage acceptance criteria.

• Capture requirements for MFA, passwordless, and FIDO adoption initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business units, IAM security teams, and engineering squads.

• Present updates, clarify decisions, and communicate technical topics to varied audiences.

Process Mapping & User Journeys:

• Document current vs future-state flows and define operational handoffs.

• Create user journeys, including fallback and recovery options where necessary.

Delivery Support / Rollout Readiness:

• Partner with PMs and technical teams to prepare PoC, pilot, and global rollout.

• Assist in readiness activities, comms preparation, and impact assessments.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain Confluence/Jira artefacts; produce insights using Power BI/Excel.

• Track dependencies, risks, and decisions to support audit and delivery governance.

Our requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analysis and process mapping capabilities.
• Proven experience with large global deployments (ideally MFA or similar security projects).
• Familiarity with MFA and phishing-resistant authentication (including FIDO).
• Skilled in Jira/Confluence, data-driven reporting (Power BI/Excel).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to challenge and drive clarity among senior stakeholders.

Optional

• Experience with Smart Forms Designer or Kofax.• Background in financial services.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
• Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming for reporting and insights.
• Certificate management with Venafi.
• JavaScript for automation or front-end tasks.
• Basic DevOps knowledge for infrastructure and CI/CD.
• French language skills as an additional asset.
