Your responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Logistics Invoicing team
• Manage daily workload, priorities, resources and operational performance
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of logistics-related AP activities
• Oversee freight, handling, storage and other logistics cost processes
• Ensure effective execution of self-billing and verification processes
• Act as the first escalation point for operational and process-related issues
• Ensure discrepancies between logistics, supplier and accounting information are investigated and resolved
• Coordinate cooperation with Logistics, transport planners, suppliers, Business stakeholders and other SSC/AP teams
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, workload and process quality
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement
• Coordinate process changes, new scope transitions and implementation of improved ways of working
• Ensure appropriate process documentation, working instructions and team knowledge
• Coordinate GR/IR-related activities, reporting and relevant system/ICT issues
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar leadership role
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• SAP knowledge and Purchase-to-Pay experience
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes relevant to invoicing and Accounts Payable
• Fluent Business English
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Confidence in leading the team through a changing environment
• Strong communication and customer orientation
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimization and automation

What will you get to do?

AP Team Leader is responsible for full cycle accounts payable process and leading a team of associates, ensuring high quality of work standards on a daily basis, providing a first point of escalation for the team in respect of delivery issues, setting clear goals and expectations, working closely with the client and maintaining good working relationship, cooperating with SSC Process Manager to identify, plan for and develop strategies, to support customers’ needs.
