Your responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using available tools and knowledge bases.
- Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Review and validate customer interactions (email, chat, calls) to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and contribute to continuous process and quality improvements.
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or an international contact center environment.
- Fluent German (min. C1) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with capability to work independently and make decisions.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
