Senior UI/UX Designer Poland

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our client's e-commerce platform.

Our partner is a European online fashion & beauty retailer. They leverage cutting‑edge technology and innovative strategies to deliver unparalleled shopping experiences.

In this role, you will focus on redesigning and improving customer‑facing landing pages, as well as expanding the existing design system to support modern, conversion‑driven marketing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and improve customer‑facing landing pages, including homepage and marketing pages
• Analyze existing pages and identify UX/UI improvements to enhance visual quality and usability
• Create high‑quality, conversion‑focused designs that drive user registration and engagement
• Work with and extend the existing design system by introducing new components for marketing use cases
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand/design teams to ensure consistency and feasibility
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and overall visual direction
• Validate design decisions based on user experience best practices and business goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability best practices
• Hands‑on experience with design systems and component‑based design
• Ability to create scalable and reusable UI components
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, brand/design)
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and conversion metrics
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team
