About the project, As a Software Engineer in FSA Tooling, you will design, develop, and maintain modern web-based engineering tools with an emphasis on agentic application engineering and reliable integrations. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will engage with architects, platform teams, and engineers globally., , Sounds like your kind of challenge?

Your responsibilities, Design, build, and maintain internal engineering tooling that ensures reliability and usability, Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java, integrated with relational databases (PostgreSQL), Build and enhance web UI components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, Apply agentic engineering practices, orchestrating autonomous AI agents for software build, test, and deployment, Implement robust integration patterns (e.g., MCP, tool/function calling) across the architecture ecosystem, Collaborate with architects and platform engineering teams to translate architecture needs into scalable designs, Ensure compliance engineering standards for security, resilience, observability, and automation, Contribute to code reviews, automation improvements, and operational support for live services, Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Strong programming skills in Node.js and/or Java, Proficiency in relational databases: PostgreSQL (data modeling, query optimization), Experience with modern UI frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript), Knowledge of agentic application engineering, including autonomous AI agent orchestration, Expertise in integration patterns and API design, Production engineering skills: security, resilience, performance tuning, observability, automated testing, Solution design and architecture experience for internal platforms, Excellent English communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
