We’re looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional to join our digital product team in Gliwice. The ideal candidate will help shape Boldare’s brand presence, manage content across AI-driven channels, and collaborate closely with sales, developers, and designers.

Responsibilities

• Creates compelling content that shapes how Boldare is perceived by clients and the market.
• Owns the brand’s presence in AI‑driven search and Large Language Models.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to integrate marketing messaging into product development and sales strategies.
• Contributes to events and content initiatives with real visibility.
• Develops into a marketing generalist, taking on broader responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience (internship, project, freelance or brand profile management).
• Demonstrated writing and content creation skills with portfolio samples.
• Experience coordinating projects or initiatives independently.
• Confidence in initiating and maintaining direct contact with stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Availability to work from the Gliwice office at least once a week.
• Basic analytical skills – work with data and draw conclusions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in day‑to‑day work.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and LLM‑based brand positioning.
• Event experience at any level.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
