Your responsibilities

  • As the Mortgage Development Office Director, you build, develop and take responsibility for the mortgage and mortgage loan segment for individuals:
  • you supervise and develop the process of selling mortgage and mortgage loans to individuals in the bank and post-sale processes,
  • you take full ownership for the mortgage product (pricing, margin policy, negotiation policy, aligned target-setting across business units),
  • you oversee a team of specialists in the development of the bank’s offer regarding mortgage products and handling related processes,
  • you build out and manage the target mortgage organization,
  • you design, develop and optimize processes and activities to meet the needs and expectations of customers (also incl. Digital mortgage processes),
  • you manage marketing activities to ensure sales with expected profitability and approved sales plan,
  • you build the organization's knowledge and understanding of mortgage products,
  • you cooperate with partners inside and outside the organization (including brokers) within the managed product to ensure the appropriate product competitiveness,
  • you participate in setting the strategic directions and actions of the bank in the field of mortgage products and additional services.

Our requirements

  • you have at least 5 years of experience in the area of managing mortgage processes and products (including building and optimizing them), managing / target setting for sales support / CC and other teams,
  • you have a university degree (preferred fields of study: marketing, management, economics, banking),
  • you know the market very well in terms of products, technologies, additional services, pricing policy and mortgage processes,
  • you understand sales processes and the specifics of individual sales channels,
  • you have built new mortgage processes at the bank, you know how to manage stakeholders, ensure quick time-to-market while adhering to regulatory requirements, you are able to conduct business and customer behavior analysis,
  • you know the regulatory environment in the area of products,
  • you are characterized by a strategic approach, analytical thinking and independence in solving problems,
  • you organize your time very well, act conscientiously and responsibly and can work under time pressure,
  • you use MS Office tools well (especially Excel, Power Point),
  • you know English fluently (daily direct reporting in English),
  • you have experience in cooperation with brokers,
  • Your advantage will be project work as well as agile (including IT teams).

The Mortgage Development Office is a team of several people reporting directly to the Vice President of the Management Board, however, the mortgage organization will expand under your supervision into the tribe.
