About the project, Join our Presales team and help customers understand, validate, and successfully adopt our Cloud ACS platform. We are looking for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys understanding customer needs, leading technical conversations, and helping organizations discover the value of our Cloud ACS platform.

Your responsibilities, Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and discovery sessions with prospects, Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and trial environments, Analyze customer requirements and networking challenges to align solutions with Cloud ACS capabilities, Troubleshoot technical and network-related issues during evaluations, Address technical questions, including RFPs and architecture or security assessments, Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication, Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and handover after contract signing

Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in technical support, pre-sales, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles, Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, TR-069/TR-369 or similar protocols is a plus), Ability to quickly learn and work with complex technical platforms, Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and in a structured way, Experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. Salesforce), Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
