About the project

We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team in developing innovative software products that transform patients' lives and empower healthcare professionals. In this remote role, you will work on a patient-facing project for an Obesity application, blending deep user empathy with pixel-perfect design to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences. Your responsibilities

• Determining research strategy and designing, planning, and executing research studies for the product area
• Operating cross-functionally to provide user research expertise and execution across products
• Informing product strategy and evaluating new opportunities, solutions, and concepts based on user needs
• Collaborating with product teams to define research success from qualitative and quantitative perspectives
• Identifying and prioritizing research topics in close collaboration with product teams
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translating findings into actionable insights across the product lifecycle
• Conducting internal cross-functional workshops using design-thinking methodologies and collaborating with product designers
• Presenting and advocating for research findings to product, management, and executive teams

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI design and user research
• Deep expertise in Figma and its application in design processes
• Strong understanding of AI and its integration into user experience desig
• Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success
• Experience with research ethics, data privacy, and working with sensitive user data
• Ability to develop data-driven research strategies using usage metrics, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analytics
• Advanced level of English and residence in Poland

Optional

• Experience in healthcare-related projects
• Knowledge of design-thinking methodologies
