High English proficiency (C1+), 3–4 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of 2–3+ case studies., Knowledge of UX principles, Research methods, designing a new solution or reshaping existing ones., Proficiency with design tools: Figma & FigJam, optionally Adobe CC, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment., Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with the ability to explain your design decisions clearly while keeping updates concise, clear and regular., Strong presentation skills – we need someone who can transfer the internally gained knowledge and share it with the full team., Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude — especially in new tech, AI in design, and system-level design. Optional, Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field., Familiarity with tools like: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other quantitive analytics tools., Background in Graphic Design or related discipline connected is a plus.
