Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement distribution channel strategies to drive sustainable business growth and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new channel opportunities, expand partner coverage, and strengthen the overall distribution ecosystem.
• Develop joint business plans with key partners and drive the implementation of sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and business development activities.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through effective channel management, demand planning, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product portfolio management, sales execution, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.
• Support the launch and promotion of new products and solutions through distribution channels and ensure effective communication of Huawei’s value proposition to partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners, analyze performance against targets, and develop corrective action plans where required.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution sales, business development, or a related commercial role, preferably within the ICT, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or technology industry.
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Solid experience in managing distributors, resellers, system integrators, or other channel partners.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth through channel development.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and commercially driven mindset with strong ownership of assigned business objectives.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
