Junior Back Office Specialist | Macedonian Speaker
As a Junior Back Office Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for reviewing and processing online content to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. This is an entry-level, back-office role focused on administrative and analytical tasks, ideal for candidates starting their professional career.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review user reports related to website content
- Analyze and classify content in line with compliance policies
- Make accurate, well-balanced decisions based on defined procedures
- Flag discrepancies and support inquiry resolution
- Use market-specific knowledge to improve user support
- Review sensitive content, which may occasionally include graphic or disturbing material
Requirements:
- Macedonian and English at minimum B2 level
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Neutral and professional mindset when reviewing various types of content
- Good written and verbal communication skills
