Senior Python Test Engineer - Hardware & Test Automation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience .
• Strong knowledge of OOP and software design principles .
• Experience designing maintainable software or test architecture.
• Practical understanding of threading, multiprocessing, and concurrent I/O .
• Understanding of Python's GIL and its impact on I/O-bound and CPU-bound workloads.
• Hands-on experience with pytest .
• Working knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, pandas, matplotlib, and PyVISA .
• Strong engineering practices, including clean code, testing, and code reviews.
• Technical background in engineering, physics, optics, or a related field .

Nice to have:

• Experience automating physical hardware or laboratory instruments .
• Experience with optical or measurement equipment.
• Experience with embedded or hardware-related testing.
