Plant Manager
Miejsce pracy: Łódź Zadania / obowiązki:- Comprehensive management of the production plant and responsibility for achieving operational, quality, and cost-related objectives
- Overseeing production processes and ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards
- Responsibility for delivering production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitoring and optimizing the plant’s operational efficiency
- Responsibility for the operational budget and cost control within the production area
- Analyzing financial results and identifying deviations from budget assumptions
- Initiating and implementing process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives
- Developing and supporting the management team while building high-performing teams
- Driving change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
- Cooperation with auditors and external institutions
- Reporting operational and financial results to senior management
- Experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment (Plant Manager / Factory Manager / Operations Manager)
- Experience in managing a production plant or a large operational area
- Experience in team management and leading transformation or optimization projects
- Knowledge of KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency management
- Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools would be considered an advantage
- Very good command of English
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Well-developed leadership and communication skills
