Senior Engineer - SRE Lead

• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership , managing SRE or DevOps-focused teams.
• Proven success in transforming engineering functions with automation, metrics-based reliability, and operational excellence .
• Strong programming and scripting skills ( Python, Go, Bash or similar).
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Hands-on experience managing highly available, low-latency systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of incident management, post-mortem analysis, and Kubernetes-driven microservices .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence globally distributed teams.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps/SRE practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience maintaining IT platforms that include vendor solutions or complex third-party integrations .
• Knowledge of compliance requirements within regulated sectors (finance, insurance, or similar).

As the Team Lead for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) , you will own the SRE strategy and execution across multiple mission-critical services , ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
