- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership , managing SRE or DevOps-focused teams.
- Proven success in transforming engineering functions with automation, metrics-based reliability, and operational excellence .
- Strong programming and scripting skills ( Python, Go, Bash or similar).
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, AppDynamics).
- Hands-on experience managing highly available, low-latency systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of incident management, post-mortem analysis, and Kubernetes-driven microservices .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence globally distributed teams.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps/SRE practices.
Nice to have:
- Experience maintaining IT platforms that include vendor solutions or complex third-party integrations .
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within regulated sectors (finance, insurance, or similar).

As the Team Lead for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) , you will own the SRE strategy and execution across multiple mission-critical services , ensuring high availability and operational excellence. This leadership role involves setting technical direction, improving observability, defining engineering standards, and uplifting team capability to deliver resilient and scalable systems .
You will work closely with architecture, product owners, and engineering teams to embed SRE best practices, automate processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
