Product Manager: SmartRecruiters & HR Tech Integrations

Lufthansa Group in Kraków is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the SmartRecruiters platform. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, coordinating integrations, and driving automation within Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Product Management or HR IT and hands-on knowledge of SmartRecruiters. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus. A valid work permit in Poland is also required.
